STEP 1
USER ACCOUNT LOGIN/LOGOUT
Required for Team Registration. You must be logged-in to a User Account to access the registration forms & MOI. A single User Account may Register more than one Team.
STEP 2
Complete the tasks below to obtain a Team Number…
Registration Requirements differ between US and non-US servicemembers, so please review the appropriate block of information according to your nationality. Note: You must be logged-in to access MOI.
- Must be on Military Status (Title 10 or Title 32).
- Must be on Jump Status (Hazardous Duty Orders (HDO)).
- Must be Trained and Qualified on MC-6 Parachute system.
- Must have a minimum of 10 jumps. Of those 10 jumps, at least one must be with the MC-6 parachute and be annotated on the Training Certification Memorandum (Enclosure 3).
- Must have jumped with the MC-6 parachute system within the last 365 days of the competition.
US MOI will be published here MARCH 13
- Must be on an Active Military Status.
- Must be authorized by the participant’s military to conduct parachute operations.
- Must have a minimum of 10 static-line jumps.
INTERNATIONAL MOI will be published here MARCH 13

IMPORTANT: Submission of Registration Form does NOT automatically secure team slot at Leapfest. Each Registration Form is reviewed by the Action Team for completeness and validity, before being assigned a slot.
A member of the LEAPFEST Action Team will review your Team’s Registration Form and assign you a TEAM NUMBER, if one is available, via email.

The TEAM DASHBOARD is where you may Review or Edit your submitted forms and documents, and Submit any required forms and documents that your registration packet requires.
