Forms submitted prior to open date will not be accepted
  • MARCH 13 – Registration opens for INTERNATIONAL TEAMS
  • MAY 15 – Registration opens for US TEAMS

Registration Requirements differ between US and non-US servicemembers, so please review the appropriate block of information according to your nationality. Note: You must be logged-in to access MOI.

TASK 2 – FILL and SUBMIT Registration Form

Registration Form may be accessed via the link below:

IMPORTANT: Submission of Registration Form does NOT automatically secure team slot at Leapfest. Each Registration Form is reviewed by the Action Team for completeness and validity, before being assigned a slot.

TASK 3 – RECEIVE Team Number from Leapfest Action Team

A member of the LEAPFEST Action Team will review your Team’s Registration Form and assign you a TEAM NUMBER, if one is available, via email.

Complete your Registration Packet via the TEAM DASHBOARD

The TEAM DASHBOARD is where you may Review or Edit your submitted forms and documents, and Submit any required forms and documents that your registration packet requires.
