LEAPFEST 2026 AIRBORNE STAFF REGISTRATION

Event Staff members who are Airborne Qualified and Current must complete the following registration requirements to be eligible to jump:
1.  Submit Staff Registration Form
2.  Upload Staff Hazardous Duty Order’s (HDO’s)
3.  Upload Staff Training Certification (O5/LTC) Memo
Go to Step 2 – STAFF HAZARDOUS DUTY Orders (HDO’s)
Go to Step 3 – Staff Training Certification (O5/LTC) Memo

STEP 1 – Submit STAFF REGISTRATION FORM

Ensure that form entries are correct for content and spelling. 
Information will be used on Certificates & Manifests.

HELMET# will be displayed with form submission confirmation and sent to email provided.

REMEMBER YOUR HELMET#

HELMET# will be used as your LEAPFEST ID and for submission of SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION.
