LEAPFEST REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Ensure you and your team are ELIGIBLE to compete at Leapfest.  Follow the appropriate link based on your nationality to review the MILITARY and AIRBORNE REQUIREMENTS:

The Registration process for US and International Military Service Members interested in competing at LEAPFEST is now completely online. During active registration periods, the Online Registration Portal will be open:

INTERNATIONALS (MARCH 13 - JUNE 30)

AMERICANS (MAY 15 - JUNE 30)

The process for Registering a Team for Leapfest is outlined below:

  • Create a Leapfest User Account. ONLY ONE (1) Team member is REQUIRED to have a User Account.  An account allows access to Registration Forms and to the Team Dashboard.  One (1) account can register more than one team.
  • Complete and Submit a Registration Form.  The Registration Form contains basic information such as Unit and Team Member names and points-of-contact.
  • Await Team Number assignment. If there is space available, you will be notified by email that your Registration Form has been accepted and that a slot is reserved for your team. The Team Number is required to continue in the Registration process. We have a strict limit on the number of teams we can support. If space is unavailable, your team will be placed in a 'waitlist' status.
  • Review and edit submitted form entries at any time via the Team Dashboard.  All submitted form data and uploaded documents are accessible for the team(s) you are registering.
  • Complete remaining Registration Requirements.  You may complete the remaining steps in any order, as long as your Registration is finalized by JUNE 30.
  • -LOGISTICS/SUPPORT FORM: Contains team transportation and billeting information, as well as Wing Exchange data for International Competitors.
  • -EMERGENCY DATA CARDS FORM: Contains the emergency contact information and medical data for each competitor on the team.
  • -TRAINING CERTIFICATION MEMO: Documentation that must be uploaded, containing the names of all team members, a statement attesting to each having conducted at least 10 (ten) static line parachute jumps, and a signature from the first LTC/O5/OF-4 or equivalent in the Team's chain-of-command.
  • -**US COMPETITORS ONLY** HAZARDOUS DUTY ORDERS (HDO/HDIP or Parachutist Aeronautical Orders): Documentation that must be uploaded, containing the names of all team members, a statement attesting to them having conducted at least 10 (ten) static line parachute jumps, and a signature from the first LTC/O5/OF-4 or equivalent in the Team's chain-of-command.
  • -REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT: Each Team must submit their payment for the Registration Fee no later than JUNE 30.  The registration fee covers Leapfest gifts and awards, and non-operational events such as the Airborne social.  A SQUARE portal is made available for submitting this payment.
